The Information Age has given us many new technologies that have in turn brought us new opportunities to change the way we govern our cities, states, and countries. This is perhaps best exemplified by our ability to measure and manage all elements of performance statistically and geographically, a process pioneered by Jack Maple in the New York Police Department.
